I have been in this game since season 6 and I know how to build killer dots. I have just built an elusive HB and a blocking FB for him so they are a packaged deal. Both of them still have their 15 unassigned skill points and both of them will absolutely boost if the owner wants them to. If your interested then you've gotta take them both because it's a package deal...
