Do they not go towards the overall pancake stats? Do they help confidence at all?

King of Pancakes got a pancake on both plays. But yet in the Box Score it shows 0 pancakes for him. Whats up with this?

I think they only count on extra points. Kickoff and punt pancakes only seem to slow the defenders down and do not add to the blockers stats. I think it is because there was an old C named Mr. Blob that would get over 1000 pancakes a season because of special teams pancakes.

You could contribute to this suggestion http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4678574 but this isn't a bug. It was an intentional change so players on ST couldn't rack up pancake trophies by knocking over fast weak guys all game long.

I totally agree. I am just saying how it currently works.

This continues to be an ignored player suggestion! With so many other stat padding loopholes for Punt Returners (9-12 TD's a game) and running QB's and just about anywhere you look they take away a stat that is extremely important to Special Team play!
