I ran one recently, not sure if it was last year or the year before, but I can run a yahoo league one if people like, probably have all the settings saved.
How big of a league would people like, 12, 16, or 20?
High or low scoring?
PPR league?
1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def sound good or something else?
I like to balance out points so a good day by a QB, RB, and WR will all be around the same number of points. I define a good day to be...
QB:
300 yards
2 TD
RB:
100 yards
2 TD
WR:
100 yards
1 TD
7 catches
Thoughts?

I am familiar and experienced(10+ years) with Yahoo leagues, so if I ran it, it would be Yahoo. No one says we can't have multiple leagues...

I'm game for a Yahoo! League & ESPN... Always nice to have a couple options in case 1 team has injuries and what not....

BTW, is D only rated on points allowed? Being a bears fan, I for one would like to see turnovers as a factor

Turnovers, yards allowed, points allowed, and STs points are all factored in.
