Hello my name is Jay, and I have been apart of the GLB community since around the end of season 4. I have owned 2 teams in the past and really love the recruiting & CFO aspects of the job. I also have a ton of free time as a stay at home Dad so I am online several times a day to address any needs that my team may have. The only problem I have run into in the past is my inability to find an offensive & defensive AI worthy of the time I put in as an owner. I would love to find a long term applicant for OC, DC & ST and have a plan to work with each of you....
OC : I am willing to give over full control of the teams offense and even recruit players based on the needs that best suit your particular game plan. I will do all of your recruiting (unless you actually want to partake) based on the position/specialist needs that you convey to me as well as deal with all player complaints & problems so basically all you will have to do is focus on your AI & tactics.
DC : I am willing to give over full control of the teams defense and even recruit players based on the needs that best suit your particular game plan. ST : You will have full control over the special teams depth chart and I will do my best to supply you with any stop players that you require even if I have to make them myself. Special Teams can be the saving grace or the death nail for any team so I do not underestimate their importance and will do everything in my power to help you succeed.
Now sadly I have been in GLB long enough to know that their are hundreds of coaches that "talk" a good game and very few that actually back it up. I am looking for the guys who can actually walk the walk and have the proven AI's to back it up. The team will consist of boosters and players who buy CEQ only. If someone slacks I will replace them plain and simple. Basically if you are talented at what you do then this is a perfect setup for you to add to your trophy case with minimal distraction.
