Voted - tis a good idea indeed

I won't derail the positive support in the other thread, but I like how it is now. And the changes a few seasons ago to lower the amount of plays needed has really helped. You almost have to try to mess up a teams balanced XP now. And for the argument of getting stuck on a crappy team, that's just part of the team. It's burned me as well but that was my fault for not doing more research on the owners I was signing with.
