I own the team and OC. I've DC'd for many seasons, but I'd like to narrow my focus down and make the work a bit easier on me. We're a bit under-leveled in this league(mostly depth issues), but we're building for seasons to come. So, I'm actually looking for a DC & ST that want to hang around for multiple seasons.
At least a season or two of experienced with Advanced A.I. is necessary. Recruiting isn't necessary, but is allowed. Preferably, I'd like one guy who will do both DC and ST, but I may just hire one of each.
I have a scheme or two that I would like to use, so I will overlook the A.I. with you, but the A.I. will be mostly yours.
