AI's don't work how you have explained them.
The tester does what the game does when it sims. It runs scenarios, and pulls from the AI the first input that matches.
When that first input is faulted, in this case having all of its outputs at 0%. It will revert to Basic Tactics for a play call.
Understood you cannot have a 0% input in the OAI as it will not check down past that input to the next one that is assigned as it will then go straight to Basic.
ie
For 2nd qtr in the OAI you cannot have a blow out input set to go and have it at 0% on most games and let it check down past that input and in a blow out game then put it at 100%. Used to do this so you did not have to keep adding the input as it would check down past the 0% to the next. It does not this season as tested. If you have the first assigned input at 0 it will not go through the 99% rest of the OAI and just reverts to Basic which i think is totally jacked.
In all my OAI's i now have none at 0 input to correct the issue. I will just have to add and delete a new input each time i want it instead of leaviing it in and changing the %.
