I am HC of a University Elite team in need of a DC. We have a 28-5 overall regular season record in 2 seasons with a league-leading passing offense two seasons running. We've had a top 5 defense for the past two seasons using only the basic tactics.
We're getting to the point, though, where we need a bona fide DC to help take us from top 5 to top 3 or better.
We've finally had some success upgrading our O-line this offseason, and finally being able to protect the QB against the elite teams coupled with someone making our already good defense great means we're primed to make a run at the league.
