I have just made my first team purchase as I needed a change with GLB besides making players. In a nutshell, I don't know the FIRST THING about running a successful team on here..yet. That is where YOU come in.

My goal is to start from scratch, and build a slowbuild team for the future. However, I am going to need someone to basically run the team as the head GM (while I learn along the way.) So, I guess you could say it would be your team to run, but at no flex cost to you.

I am looking for someone with experience in successful team ownership who:
- can hire their own OC/DCs
- can recruit players or hire their own recruiter(s) to do it
- manage team finances and player contracts
- anything else needed

Basically, you will have almost if not all the say on how the team is run and built. As long as its a slowbuilt team for the future! Please, if anyone is interested and can help a guy out, shoot me a PM.
