I see nothing wrong here ILBs reactions are normal.

This happens because the TE, HB and FB are held into block.

The ILBs would probably default to a under fourth or similar, but as the only two threats are way out of their cone of vision, they just settle at the preset depth on that play, rather than freeze.

They react to the threat of a QB run before he crosses the LoS for example.

In the first replay the LILB is blitzing, in the second its the ROLB, looking at other examples of that play it looks like only one LB at a time is ever blitzing, so on your first replay I dont think the RILB is blitzing as you believe.

He is not freezing, he is deliberately placing himself in that spot.

Not a bug imo, as LBs behaviour is intended.

This looks a lot like a thread we had come through here a while back with the safeties dropping vertically then freezing. I'm almost positive they were QB spy so this would be different, unless you have it set up to allow him to QB spy on %.

QB Spy is on, but only 1 player Max is set. Since we are seeing 2 players freeze that cannot be the cause.

I've got to go with Mike on this one. I don't think this is a bug. It's pretty consistent on replay after replay that it happens when the offensive players stay in to block.
