I am looking to put these guys on National Pro teams for season 22. They are average, but solid. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by their production. They are currently lvl 67, but will boost next season and if I'm not mistake will be able to boost again thereafter to hit lvl 72. Have CEQ.
