I have recently dropped teams that did not meet expectations. I am very strict about these expectations for various reasons. I am a nice guy to work with and the teams I coach make it to the playoffs 85-88% of the time.

Must meet and keep these expectations:
1. Must be a competitive team.
2. I will have full control and access of the offense (depth charts, signing, scouting, AI)
3. Must be a Gold Bound Team (limited spots so I am only picking the best of the best)
4. No changes will be made to my game planning. Not even the Owner or Head Coach should mess or change it.

I told ya now so ignorance will not be an excuse. 1 times of breaking then I will drop and you will have to send me a detailed message on how it happened and how it will be fixed. I will then give 1 more chance if I approve of it. I'm sorry if I seem like a jerk with this post, but this is how I run things and I'm not wasting my time with teams that break these or do not follow through.

It sounds more like you just don't want a challenge at all. If 85-88% of the time you make the playoffs, it's probably more do with the fact that you only want "Gold Bound" teams and probably have a roster good enough to make it their with anybody OC'ing.
