The above thread involves them going out of the back of the endzone. That isn't what happens in this replay, however they might still be related.

We are aware of the endzone issue. Let's limit these to non-endzone.

I had logged a bug on this. I can't find it anymore. It was stuck in NEEDS MORE INFO for awhile and then even after I posted more replays they didn't do anything with it.

The problem as far as I could tell was that when someone drops into a Deep Middle zone, if no one enters his zone by a certain time, he just bails out deep, even if no receivers are running deep routes. This can cause him to miss a guy who runs right to the middle of his zone afterward. The replay in the OP looks like exactly the same issue I was trying to get them to fix.

The first time I saw this it was particularly bad because none of the WRs went deep and the FS bailed out and the TE then came in and made a catch right in the middle of the zone the FS was supposed to stay in. I can't find that one though.

I remember this issue as well but I can't find it either.

Another... this one is pretty bad because the only receiver that goes deep runs right to where the FS used to be (ought to be)
