Looking for an OC to help do a couple things. First of course set the offensive AI and help run it. Second, teach me how to work the AI and how OC'ing works. lol You'll have assistants that will help you delegate. You'll have an Oline coach that will keep in contact with the Oline and make sure their tactics are set and builds are on track.... and a receivers coach and Backs coach all doing the same.
