Hello, we are looking for help in a few different areas. Mostly, we are looking for an OC, a DC, and scouts.
The Team
- Experienced agents who have all mostly been around since seasons 1-5
- A nearly full roster (still waiting for a lot of players to accept their contracts)
- Very active (both the forums and the game)
- We are expecting to be a competitive team every season. We are in it for the long haul, and will do our best to be competitive every season. Anything less than playoffs would be a disappointment.
What we Want
- Defensive Coordinator : I have had a lot of problems doing this myself earlier in my GLB career. I want someone who is knowledgeable, and will adjust their schemes according to the team we go against (I will provide scouting reports).
- Offensive Coordinator : While both myself and the co-owner used to do this way back when, I feel it would take a lot of pressure off if someone can do this for us. You have sole control of the offense, and the offensive depth chart.
- Scout(s) : While I will take the role of lead scout, I am looking for a few others to help me out. I usually watch the replays to scout, as I think it is the best way to scout.
- I would love to have experienced agents who know what they are doing.
- If you are inexperienced, I might let you be a scout, or assistants (without any control), so you can learn.
