I've owned this team since season 11, been on GLB since season 3. I recently lost my DC (due to Navy deployment) who i have worked with since season 3. With him i lost a great DC and a lot of dots. I'm looking for a reliable, experienced DC who is active in the team and who wants full control of their defense. I'll help with recruiting, but i'd like my DC to recruit as well and mold the defense as they'd like it to be. I do the OCing and will help the DC in any ways i'm needed but, i do have my hands full so i'd prefer somebody with time. We have a pretty good defensive AI in place that our new DC can either use and modify or create his own new AI. We've always been a pretty good team and we have (basicly) a full offense. Need a good amount of defensive players for the upcoming season. We have some great agents and players, looking for a DC who can mirror that and help us win!
