The team was acquired 5 seasons ago and we have been in the playoffs every year since. We've recently lost both our coordinators and we're looking to replace them with people who are willing to stick it out for the long haul and help us win a championship.
Coordinators would have complete control of the offensive and defensive depth chart, tactics etc. We have a very capable recruiter that is more than willing to work with you to get the players needed to run your system. As the owner I don't meddle or make game plan adjustments. I prefer to just handle the finance side of the team and let the coordinators do their job. As the coordinator, you will be expected to game plan and post tactics when necessary.
I'm also looking for someone to co-own the team with me to handle the football side of things. You could possibly be promoted if interested, after one season.
