WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR RECRUITERS
Hey we're looking for a defensive coordinator, we need someone experienced with past success. We're NOT looking for someone who has 10 jobs with other teams, to properly coordinate a team you should only have maybe 4 jobs max. We basically need to recruit an entire defense this offseason, meaning I don't wanna hear from any chumps saying "if you recruit an amazing defense i'll come dc" because I've read alot of those ads and all I can do is laugh, anyone can DC an all-star team.
Our DC must:
- Talk to agents and answer questions
- Post player tactics before big games
- Be active in the forum
- NEVER call out players in the forum, or you'll be axed on the spot, we aren't looking to have a soap opera drama in our forums. Sad I have to include this one but we've had some wingnuts in the past.
