not 100% but i believe its something to do with that defenders cant pass through eachother like offense players can, so its like if they were just running into eachother at full speed, not 100% though

Need the spd/agil/vis of these linebackers so we can verify that they are actually "bumping" and not just slowing down to adjust their pursuit angle. That seems unlikely, but we need to check.
