Hey guys I am curious how many people your stadiums currently hold? I wish I would have been able to buy another section prior to the season starting as we are almost sold out. I have also been an idiot, and not adjusted my ticket prices in season like I should. Just curious your capacity.

I will start:

Porno Dome (Singapore): 13,760 (at least I think I am reading that correctly)

Tigers Stadium (Surabaya): 8,600

I didn't do any upgrades before the Season Started as that could put your team in financial trouble, but now I'm kicking my self in the ass for not doing it as we are Sold Out Every Game!

I have at least 2-3 Million Set aside for Stadium Upgrades in the Off-Season and might take a loan out for another 1-2 Million for more Upgrades.

How much did the Singapore Nose take out in loans? We didn't take any loans at all.

We took out one loan. I was fortunate enough for a very experience owner to help me out on that. He said it was an absolute. I have yet to pay interest though. I took out one loan, and then as soon as season tickets sold I payed it back (no interest charged). I then took out another one to build out all the seats. The first payment is due in a few days and I have about 1.4M right now so with ticket sales tonight I will again try and pay that loan back without paying any interest. Then I can start to build the kitty. We have only had 2 home games, and that includes also going TO Davao tomorrow, so concession sales will add up+with some good fortune we can hit the playoffs with some home games.

I am hoping to have enough, and looks like I will, to build at least two more sections in the off season.

Take out the loans at stategic times, and then you can pay them back without paying a dime of interest.

Okinawa's stadium is 11,360.

We took out a loan to build an end zone, but we didn't expand any of the seating. After the season is over, we're looking at building the rest of the 100 level sections and likely use pre-season ticket sales to expand the seating to capacity.

I'm not 100% sure if I am reading you correctly, but you can build the seating during the year, but only the sections during the off season. As I said I might be interpreting what you wrote wrong, but it looks like you can expand that capacity right now

we have an end zone maxed out 3750 and 9000 of stadium maxed...plus 840 box seats...took out loan and pais it second day of season...will max out stadium in beginning of next year..hoping to complete the lower level during offseason...adding four corners and endzone...have 1.8 milllion now and no loan due...

Right now, fan support isn't high enough to support the cost of seating expansion. You have to be able to charge $100/seat in order to make back the cost of expansion in 8 home games.

Assuming all goes well this season for us, then our fan support should be in the 90s for next season. That's when you can get away with charging 100-125/seat.

You guys should be fine for fan support. You are in the same boat as us, and we are just about to sell out the entire season. We will not have an empty seat all season long, and we built out every seat we could
