I think if it wasn't going to be allowed anymore something would have been clearly announced.

I don't feel that is the case.

Rage - you're a tester. Why don't you test these defenses on the test server (you have my ok to do so - just make sure you document what you are doing on the test server). If you can show me that in every instance the defender does not go to a secondary assignment, then we'll consider it a bug. Until then, it's going to be as Bort stated - working as intended as players are failing vision checks.

There's no difference in post play-start logic from the old DPC to the new. The ONLY difference is the order of operations for setting up blocking assignments at the very start of the play. Defense checkdowns are the same as always.

Will still leave this open pending testing if Rage wants to do it, but if there's nothing by end of the month, will close.
