What it looks like is the LG blocks the LB then once the FB shows up blocks the DE. Then.....my HB who is build to do just what is happening plows through a bunch of dots all screening one another.

I see this a lot with my O line, not just this season, but every since I asked the Agents to change their builds.

As one of the o-linemen on that play, i can say that our OWNER/OC asked us to tweak our builds (I won't say how) to give us a little better chance at picking up our blocks, or the missed block/revcake of another lineman... it's all about the builds!

Who is blocking the FS, LE, ROLB, and RILB?

FS is screened by his own teammate. LE is blocked by most of the right side of the O line, then his angle of pursuit takes him out of the play long enough not to matter. ROLB is screened by the RILB and as I said before, the RILB is blocked by the guard then the FB. Got to design those plays better so the defenders aren't arriving at the same time. I spend a lot of time doing just that.

my thoughts exactly.
when you have 2 players blitzing the same lane,
one player can often get in the way enough to block out both guys.
that seems very reasonable to me. i shouldn't give it away,
but RE needs to shoot the gap between LG and LT,
that'll make it much easier for the ROLB to get around end.
however, its much tougher to achieve this with the new DPC,
since you can't place yr linemen independently...
