I noticed one piece on my RB that had nothing upgraded, which made me check my other players and I found that my all of my TE's equipment was reset. Hopefully someone could look into what happend.

It was also showing +8 when none of it was actually upgraded and now that I upgraded one piece it shows +2...

SUPPORT ISSUE NOT A BUG.

I would suggest you file a support ticket and they can help you take care of your issue.
