Since none of the bonuses for this tree are for special teams this is a bug since Bort has stated Special teams equipments should have bonuses for special teams.

Jumping and vision both help on STs

Basically the MVP equipment must have given him a bonus to his possession WR tree but the OP is saying that it should be the Speedster tree since the SA's in that tree (First Step/Spin/Juke) are more helpful to being a returner.

I agree it would be better if the MVP Equipment on a WR returner would give a bonus to the Speedster tree. The rest of the attribute bonuses don't help much either. It's probably trickier since it was a WR that won ST MVP.

The endorsements don't always add to the SA tree do they? He got sweet piece of eq imo for a wr. Still don't see the issue with the piece of equipment to be honest.

To my knowledge MVP Equipment does add to the SA tree. It's a solid piece for a normal WR but for a return man it could be a bit better suited for the player.

the issue is that he is not a WR, he is a KR/PR, yet he got a WR endorsement.

I guess I have never seen a ST's endorsement.

ST MVP EQ has been messed up for ever... WR/CB all get wrong type of EQ

I've seen a CB (KR/PR) who gets an Intercept Chance EQ - Which is just wrong.

I think this in whole needs to be fixed

This WR has the Returner Archetype while the WR in the OP is of the Speedster Archetype.

I think this has everything to do with the WR not having the right Archetype for his job.

If it had given him a bonus to his possession WR tree, it would say it did like in iGarf's WR example. It didn't give him an SA bonus at all.
