The only requirement for signing these guys- the KR gets every single kick and punt return. No exceptions. If that's okay with you, you're in the running for signing all these guys.

Blocking FB: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2191661 You'll want this guy to be blocking for my HBs, as most blocking FBs don't have the speed to be effective lead blocking for them. Also very happy to have him playing ST.
