Having a statistically worse year due to the team moving to a tough AAA league from AA. Now looking for a team that he can just go in and contribute to winning the championship.

Even though the team that he is currently in has been completely out-gunned in the league and he has been under constant pressure, he still has some memorable moments which shows that he has all the ingredient to be a great QB:
