And then we lose. See what happens when we get comfortable. It is very early in the season, so we are in good shape for a championship run.

I think the one thing that is keeping us from overpowering our conference is our chemistry. We had to cut several players (4 of 5 were starters) becuase of an issue that arose. Between cutting and replacing the players, my Chemistry is about 15 pts below the other teams in our league.

As the season progresses and we catch back up, I think we will be a much bigger threat to the championship and to the Alpha Conference...

LOL you do know it's easy to tell who has and has not boosted. Look at your starting RB and WRs and there's 3 right there. Look at your DTs and there's two more right there. You get the idea?

About 60% of our players have boosted, but several others haven't!

Some positions needed it, others just couldn't wait any longer.

Thanks for pointing that out Big Brain.
I saw that one of your players got picked up by the Hoard. Good luck to ya.

I didn't bring it up. Saying that only 2 players have boosted when you can easily tell by creation dates was funny to me.

Good luck to you.

It seems to me like someone on your team likes to come to these forums and type a lot. I think that is cool. It keeps things going and lively throughout the season. However, if people type stuff in the forums they should be prepared for a response. I would not call attention to something I did not want people to look closely at, but that is just me. Best of luck to you this season, and I do hope we get to play you--could only happen if we make it to the championship and that would make me very happy. Although, with the talent in this league it is going to be a very arduous journey.

I agree. The person who originally posted about our boosts, was definitely mistaking in his accuracy. Big Brain corrected him. With some research it is easy to estimate who has and who hasn't.

I think our boosting situation is similar to almost everyone elses. Positions of need, and guys who just can't wait already boosted, the rest will wait as long as they can.

And I TOTALLY agree with the last point. I hope to see you (or anyone from Alpha) in the championship game, becuase that means we are there...

Zeta is quickly becoming an arms race -- several teams are adding ringers. Of course, at what point do they stop being ringers?

A lot of teams are just progressing mightily. I know that I've learned a couple tactics along the way these past couple games. Not to mention my players are getting higher levels.

As a Yeti, and representing in my opinion, we take any good deals, but don't actively search for ringers, we go for the best talent available at positions of weakness. Call them ringers or no, we want the team to become better.

My point exactly. It's no longer stacking the deck when a lot of teams have a good number of higher-level players. Which is what we've got in our league now.

even though we didn't want to, we wanted to hopefully play the way an expansion team should...we broke down and had to get some high priced talent....but it cost us. and we still suck. oh well.
