you out your SP in speed too early. you should have continued to train it until you could bring it straight to the cap with SPs... usually at level 2. so, in other words, you should have trained it to about 29 before putting SPs into speed. the way you did it, you wont be capping speed until level 3. but it isnt a bad start. you are a tad bit behind, but it wont kill your build. just keep putting your SP in speed while training agility and you should be fine.

My advise would be to train speed to 43 regardless of what position, and apply your SP thereafter. Your doing fine. I'm not following the last poster. Did you already apply your SP w/o maximixing your training?

why? there is no point in training to 43. by doing so, you are missing out on ALGs which are worth SP more than the SP you are saving by training that high.

29-31 is the best way to go. I try and train to 30.99%... If I can, some times auto-train takes me to 31 but w/e.
