Warrior General Games

In addition to all of our schedules of making players fit gameplans, managing recruiting and money, or making a gameplan, to watching films, we should take a break and do what a lot of people do when bored....GAMBLE!

Anyway, my idea is that each team gets X amount of (fake) Dollars to place bets on, with set ratios for each weeks' payouts to each matchup and spreads to beat.

X can be determined, team or player amount can be decided. This is just something to add to the fun of GLB, if you feel like doing so.

i'll bet 20 mill, on whoever is up against my team , that sounds like a fun idea, fortunately im a great gambler lol

Just give me a PM and we can do an in-game thing for the winner. Maybe this can be something for GLB to implement as a feature.

I think I will suggest this to Bort via the suggestion forum. I heard this ion GLB radio when i called in and it seems like a lot of people would support this.

They have gone on record that gambling will never be a part of their game.

Just to clarify...I was being facetious when I made the point shaving post. See the NBA for an example of the gambling/sport mix. Or look at Arizona State, or Tulane, or Memphis, or...

it's a fun idea... it just isn't something Bort and team want here. So you will just have to start your own GLB Bookie website.
