67 speed is low for a coverage dot, and at this point he's lost out on a lot of ALG's. LOLB is generally used in coverage to cover the TE and blitz every now and then... he needs speed to be taken straight to 77 IMO, as that is what most competitive receiving TE's are doing. Especially for a boosting dot.

Because LOLB is used a lot in pass coverage. Since younger receiving TEs, and scat HBs and FBs will all end up over 150 speed at higher levels, you need your LOLB to end up with at least 135 speed end build and you really will want 140+.
