How much higher should I take tackling before taking tackling off wrap-up setting?

i wouldnt ever if youre playing at a decent level. the payoff in terms of FF isjust never going to happen. im not sure what the max number of FF is recently but its not worth missing half your tackles.

i wouldn't bother switching until you get up to 80 or so tackling... missed tackles are very prevalent when tackling is in the 70's.
At your level with 70+ tackling you could probably switch it but once you get up to level 40 and above you need 80+ tackling, make tackle gear, and sure tackler to make it worthwhile.

don't use balanced - wrap-up or hard hitter based on build

really depends who youre playing against. cant stress that enough. if you want to FF, id go wrap up for most teams and if you play a gutter/shit team switch it to be more aggressive. if you look at any player with lots of FF, typically they all come against the shittier teams in blowouts.

Had a fairly decent tackle/FF ratio this past season [used blowout adjusted stats here] 28.4/6 Tackles/FF
Raw Stats were 38/9

Strength mid 80's, tackling mid 70's

used Power tackling.

But wasn't the most equal competitive league.

You're lvl 25 in an elite 30 league, so I'd stick with wrap-up.

Oh wait, I'm in that league too... definitely power then.

I have a LB that has just about 90 Tackling...Plays on Power Tackling with 17% FF chance....He is also 53 in AAA.....He is playing against level 72's.....

He has 7 Tackles with 4 missed tackles...... with 0 FF.......I think Power Tackling is broken....

You want minimum 90 tackling and at least one make tackle % piece before you use power tackling technique.

Importantly, you also want high vision and agility, and of course speed. And if you can squeeze in some reasonable level of confidence that will help quite a bit too.
