I'm holding 16 SPs that I plan on using to help cap Agility. Currently Quad training. Also, is First Step very useful? I know everyone always says to get the Hold Block % (which I'll get eventually) but is this a little something for now? If so then should I get First Step as my Extra SA (although I'm not putting SPs in them for a while).

FS is great for run blocking OL.

Can't comment on the sp because I can't see the build.

16 into agility is good.

What are you quad training? Need to at least include agility. I would probably be quad training strength, blocking, agility, and rotating vision and confidence in the 4th spot.

Meh Id take blocking to next cap, and I think you pulled up on strength too early. You should be around 81-82 now if done right. Its a good build but hes going to be average if you dont push those numbers higher before moving on.

but strength is at 79. If he trains it as part of multi-train, he can add 3 more pts to it just through training.

That's exactly how I've been quad training it.

UMM.. I think I would pump the Blocking on up to around 80 Natural before Agility capping since its a minor. This will allow for more natural gain over the rest of the build for blocking. Agility should be next after Blocking. Strength will lack somewhat now anyways since it looks like you pulled the skills to early. Myself I shoot for 80 natural blocking. Then work the agility to the 80 natural mark. Your Quad Training will work the rest of the build up for you to touch up on.

agility may be a minor, but for an OT at the end of the build you want agility as high or higher than blocking. IMO you want at least 90 agility end build, but 85 blocking is fine.

true there. I was thinking along the lines maybe 77ish Cap then hold it since its a major it will gain that 85ish natural. Then pump the Agility. I totally agree with the 90ish Agility as all my newer Dots after the script I will be building mine along the way you have posted. agility/speed on my new guys will Range low 90's Agility and 77Speed. I should end with around Mid 80's Blocking with Mid 90's Strength at the day 440. Thoughts on it, Only thing Iam not getting to well is the Tokens. Iam ending with enough to run two solid AEQ's but my Stamina/Confidence are ending in the 60's if I quad train them for around 9 seasons

Honestly 77 speed is too high. With 90+ Agility and 65ish speed your guys will be able to slide fast enough to pick up the OLB arching into the pocket. I really see a boost to explosiveness and acceleration at 90 agility and 60 speed. Unless you will pull or be blocking in front of a slow/strong HB id ease off speed at 68 and work vision and confidence instead. Im not saying take it out of a quad training rotation at all though. I still stick to the dropping SP into Strength now. Those 5-6 SP will net you 20-25 in ALG rollovers in his 50s. just sayin
