I'd say 74 minimum.
Although it could be a good idea spending less in speed and adding a SA like first step or quick cut.
I was going to take my LOT's speed to 80. But then again I don't have a clue. These people below probably know more.

I'd say 70 is the minimum, but 75+ is a good idea, and may be needed in the future.
