I finally get how much fun GLB can be when compared to other football SIMs, thanx to this League.
Having good builds, is not enough. You have to have the AI to go along with it. Even then, you HAVE to game plan for any opponent who is down to -6 on the lolbars when compared to yours.

this has been the best league I have been in since I've started

it's very competitive and can be frustrating when you are close in a game but lose but it's a fun league and will hate to see it mixed up next season.

Honestly, the minors has the most competitive level of competition. Teams that are built for the future don't have an advantage over the more casual teams because their builds are very raw and one dimensional whereas the casual player/team has spread his points out making his player much more viable at this level. You also don't have to have perfect SA/VA/AEQ combos in order to compete unlike the higher levels.. Unfortunately as all of our teams begin to age there becomes more parity between teams and players thus the 207 to 0 type games. But yeah, overall I couldn't agree more that this has been a very, very exciting league.

Well said...BY FAR the best and funnest league I've been in...I honestly believe it's leagues like this that make us better players. I know I have grown as an owner and OC this season a lot.All this Scouting,game planning,testing player progressions and passing things,different plays,tactics,what works and what doesn't etc. Will just make us better than a month ago looking forward to seeing how many people stay together when the leagues are shuffled...When do they start making the #1 league the premiere league?Because this season it stinks compared to #2! Enough said,It's been a pleasure and I have NO CLUE who will take home the GOLD

LDO, we are an inescapable mold, we grow on everybody.

You guys have a great league. Great level 22 cap teams and a very active forum. Our league has about 1 post a day.

ya it was one of those lucky convergences where a lot of talented and hungry teams were jammed into the league.

Quahog will savor their gold jpeg when the dust settles...
