I didn't know. Do you know why?

I think because a lot of people don't want a team to have the ability to over ride the tactic settings of their players.

This. You see stuff like this come up a lot, but the main argument is that people should have control over their own players and that they don't want a coach to be able to have so much control over the guys they created and paid for.

Catch22 posted about a week or 2 ago saying anything surrounding teams being able to control tactings is officially NGTH.
