I still have a season or so before I need to worry about it, but I'm a little curious about Jumping and Blocking in a blitzing LB.

Some people say that blocking helps a player shed blocks and other claim that jumping helps a Blitzer make diving Sacks. I'm just curious what everyone things would make the most sense to train first. Once all the more important stats are up to par?

if blocking helps it's almost a negligible bonus.
Jumping is very useful. It increases tackling radius... which (this is disputed) allows for diving sacks... it will also help your dot if he is used in coverage.

Blocking does help, but if you're engaged, it is usually too late. I wouldn't train it at all.

Jumping is very useful on diving tackle attempts - it helps to close the last bit of distance to attempt the tackle, but I'd wait to train it for a few seasons as many other attributes should be addressed beforehand.

Thanks for the responses. Like I said above, I'm not going to even look at it really for at least another season or two. I was just trying to plan the future of my build.

Wow I should have proof read the first post, I was in a rush when I posted it. Sorry for the typos.
