Looks good but you picked the pass blocker archetype and strength, which you are cap building first, isn't a major. In the long run, you will probably see some big dips in your effective level.

You're on the right path with STR first - both early on and especially later, when matched up a AGL/SPD RDE, if you can get first step and make solid contact, they're on their ass... You always want to have higher STG than your opponent on the OL, imo

Not thrilled that you split equipment from get go, and for pass blocker I would put all into AGL - when you buy AEQ later in build, think about adding AGL so that you'll have balance and flexibility in equipment.

Many thoughts on early training methods, but I prefer a combination of intense BLK and multi with AGL only in first season for maximum training (I could care less about BT at this point - only to open up multi trains) so that you can get to first cap BLK asap. Continue to put all SP into STR until 73 - 77 (your call)

I've always thought the physical attributes allowed the football attributes to work - so I tend to cap the physical atts higher - specifically STR, AGL and VSN (depending on archetype) even moreso than BLK... I like to get BLK to 68 - 70 as quick as possible, then leave it alone.

As far as effective levels, the best OL builds usually are BEHIND levels until about lvl 25 - the most telling stat is NOT effective level, but the Player Value number below it...
