I agree that's one of the fixes here and basically renders any 3WR SB TE pass plays useless.

and if a team only runs that, and you're forced to keep the TE in to block left, it's their funeral when they've got single coverage on dots all game. whether you can get the TE stats that game is pretty inconsequential.

Since we have already filed the above referenced previous issue here: http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4230393

I'm gonna send this one to QA and maybe it should be merged with the filed issue idk.

Yes this blitz gets used in WL. It also gets stopped in WL - it's not a 100% hurry-incomplete or sack. The build on the LB matters a lot as to how well it works.

Regarding this comment:

In general, if there's a build of O-line that stops the blitz, it's a build issue, not an exploit. Exploits are going to get the same results regardless of build.

My conclusions:
This blitz is, in general, able to be gameplanned around and built around. Moving the TE to the left closes the blitz on that side - if they're blitzing both sides, then keeping the HB in picks up the other side that the TE vacated. That's what Max Protect schemes are all about. If they're alternating blitzing on either side, you can either alternate the TE and gamble it comes up right or max protect all game - that's the gameplanning Rock/Paper/Scissors effect that Bort's been pretty clear on wanting to appear in various aspects.

The only part of this that is exploity to me is when the G is fooled into doubling down on the NT/DT instead of picking someone up. And that's what's being filed with bug #241, so I don't think we need to file anything new.
