yeah my Balance, at lvl 2, would fire maybe 4-5 times a game(~50 plays/game).

I had balance at 8 on my G and it fired less than once a game last season.
This season it fired zero times in two preseason games, so I swapped it out for first step which actually seems to do something.

A lot of people go this route due to the importance of Hold Block %. It's a good move with possible adjustments coming to SAs.
