There's not a ton of difference between the top teams. 1130 doesn't mean you should kill an 1110 team. An 1130 team SHOULD kill a 1010 team everytime. But in the WL we're mostly all around the same spot and eff level is just a starting point. Obviously gameplan is huge. Look a Monowi. And then how you use and specialize each dot is key. Equipment, SAs, VAs, chemistry, etc. Eff level is tiny when your in the same ballpark and looking for correlation between the top teams is pointless
