however you want to cut it is fine. His kicker makes a 43 yarder, our guy misses 2 from that range. He gets two punt returns for a TD we get none. All in all, we dominated the game, and it was good cause we found a missing link in our game plan on D, which is a good thing figure out now. A regular season loss isn't the end all be all in this league, especially one were we clearly had the best of the game, it isn't like we might not be a playoff caliber team based on how this game played out or any game we have played this season for that matter.
Not saying you didn't dominate on both sides of the ball.. just saying that doesn't matter when you lose by 3. Sure is it likely they get 2 returns on you again? No. But, they won this game, nothing else really matters but a 'W' on the board.
