The Minsk WR had a legit 2,000 yards receiving in the the WL last season (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player_game_log.pl?player_id=770500&season=16&stat_type=raw) and was in his second full season of decline. He was basically unstoppable and finished the season with -8.74 speed. He's 521 days old right now. The Minsk Guard was in the second season of decline last season so he played with the hood. Almost everyone of those dots were in the WL since S12 - S15.

Dot doesn't have big heart. He does have some comeback kid but not sure how effective it is based on the numbers. I question if comeback kid works properly. Based on its description it should be overpowered (stacked with Catch Ball %) when behind but his numbers were better when So Cal was leading games.
