From a statement released by Tommy Davis' agent: "Mr. Davis was recently seen wearing several items of Crocodiles' merchandise because they were a gift from 'D3'. Mr. Davis did not want to make 'D3' feel slighted and take the chance of reducing his game-day effectiveness because it lessens the enjoyment of crushing his opponent's dreams. Mr. Davis has since put the items in a pile of similar merchandise in his cavernous trophy room per his standard policy. Mr. Davis looks forward to adding additional Crocs merchandise when the Trolls defeat the Crocs again in either the playoffs or their next regular-season meeting."

After getting wind of this recent occurence while watching the tube, D.3. took it apon himself to call in to local TV show and and raunt.

D3 - I tell you guys wut this is an outrage! This Mr.Davis got has got another thing coming if he thinks the troll will win the lotto a 2nd time come playoffs. While he has his little trophey case of merchandise D.3 Has a little something a well.

D3 - A TROLL VOODOO DOLL! Thats right and I have a good african witch doctor working on that shit nightly so come playoffs I hope the guy can still walk, cuz you bet your ass their will be pins in that dolls knees, and I CALL IT MR.DAVIS!

GLBSPN recently caught up with Mr. Davis and reported D3's comments to him. Here was his response:

"That guy's a trip! If I had a dollar for every "voodoo" doll these hick witch doctors have made for my opponents I'd be rich. Oh wait, I am rich! I've got to get my investment folks working on a way to profit off these dolls. Maybe start my own line of 'GLB Licensed Tommy Davis Voodoo Hoodoo Doll'. Heh, I would make one for D3, but I don't think it'd sell."
