10. Are attributes "linked" in rolls for certain actions? For example, a successful pancake, does the roll get a penalty if strength and blocking are not within a certain proportion/ratio?

Yes, certain things are limited by certain attributes being too low, no matter how high another attribute might be.

To me, this makes it sound like an OL with 50 in both Strength and Blocking will do a pancake more often than an OL with 60 Strength and 30 Blocking?!? Or am I reading this wrong?

Not necessarily, it all depends on how it's coded. IE: how low is "too low." Maybe it's 20. Maybe it's 1st cap. Or maybe it's geared for upper leagues and something so high that it is irrelevant at PW.

He doesn't say that the threshold for being too low is necessarily the same for each attribute. Maybe it's something like 60 strength & 30 blocking instead of 50/50. We don't really know. All he's saying is that more than 1 attribute is used to determine a roll. I don't think that's anything new.

And don't forget the player he is up against. Im sure if the strength is equal the odds change.
