Actually it's about right for a higher league CB these days.

Speed to agility is fine, tackling could be a bit more but not a huge deal and I agree about the Superior vision SA being upped. Super vision and change direction are two really good ones to beef up if you wanted to. Good build, I like it.

Very nicely done, your VA's would have been my choice with that build. More SV will provide a big boost. I'd also consider taking vision to 77 before the plateau.
