If you had the power to change one thing in GLB, what would it be?

I totally agrre with this one, maybe take the next two seasons off and use every staff they have involved in different projects to just focus on catching and fixing bugs

Fix all the bugs first before you worry about making anymore damn changes!

I will give people that spend money more opportunities then just boosting.
Allow to buy special Custom Equipment that you can only get with Flex.
Buy bonus token and training tokens with Flex.

That type of stuff.

BECAUSE, then maybe they could hire enough people to fix all the BUGS!

bort already has made more then enough money to hire a full blown staff...

Yeah so we know the #1 issue is Bugs

I sometimes wonder if there are just too many teams. I guess too many owers I would say. It's almost like every owner has to be a qualified OC or DC or atleast better know how to make friends with OC's and DC's because almost every decent OC or DC damn near GM for 3 or 4 teams and it's because if they didn't I think GLB would be alot less competitive. Imagine if every OC or DC could only GM one team

I guess this is not an issue per say but I do see alot of Owners every season have more trouble finding an OC or DC than finding a good FS or FB. I believe that is the main reason why Owners stick to their OC's and DC's forever because it's hard to find an agent willing to stick by your side. I remember the 2nd team I OC for, I should of been fired after that first season because I really did do a piss poor job, but the owner kept me around only because I was the only one willing to do the job.

I here you on the OC job, we went through multiple OC's on one team in one season. Finally our owner decided he was going to do it himself. But to be honest I'm DC for three different teams and love it. Hard to find time to gameplan for every game but I enjoy it. If i could change some things about GLB it would be this: Deflected passes being caught on a regular basis. How many deflected passes do you see being caught in real football, hardly any. It seems like deflected passes get caught so many times on here and being a DC it pisses me off. Also the HB screen seems to never get caught and if it does the HB like falls down or something. That is the easiest catch to make in all of football and it hardly ever gets caught. Those would be my changes.

This!! THIS!!! THIS!!! Who cares how good a CPU player is.

5. We're working on CPU players being significantly better then they currently are. This project should be completed soon and will likely go into effect next season.


But then something most agents I know are looking forward to is put on hold again.

2. Coaches are once again being put on hold, mainly because we spent a significant amount of time dealing with league structure discussion and extended plateau discussion and we need more time to correctly roll Coaches out. But yes, Coaches are still coming.

I wonder how long it will take before a team owner asks why a CPU team just cost him a game....... Or how you even go about making CPU players better, higher effective levels, VA's, SA's man gonna be rough to find out

You would think if they were so concerned about dicking around with CPU, they would drop the $ required for teams, and players, and fill it up with humans as opposed to filler.....but guess there are more important things to work on than the sim that I keep missing.

I think the Sim, maybe a work item, that would take a major overhaul of the entire system. GLB inc. either wants out of Beta quickly or has no plans to go beyond what we have at the present. I think everyone is 100% in agreement that the sim is whack

Better CPU's do not prove anything. I think they should just make it where there is no such thing as a Free Agent without a team. Every created player even if the account is no longer active will be force to participate in a team but still hold the free agent status.(so they can still sign to a team they want to be on. I mean this is probably not the best idea but if we are looking for more competitive leagues than there gotta be better ideas than making CPU better. Even down sizing the leagues if there are too many teams and not enough players.
