Game[s] of the Week:
Steel City War Machine vs. Armagh Rally
-Everyone knows what Steal City is going to do....run and run some more. Steal City's power offense will be hard to stop, and I don't see Armagh being the one to stop it. Will be a nail biter.
Steal City by 3.

Manchester Mob vs. Toulouse Aviators
-Toulouse proved they were for real with their win over talented Bonn Dynamo. Although, I don't see Toulouse proving me wrong this week. The Mob is just to talented. Mob by 10.

Notables:
West Country Wyverns vs. Dublin Saints
-Both are solid teams. This game will come down to who controls the line of scrimmage. Whoever stops the run wins.
-West County by 3

PGL Gamers vs. Amsterdam Spartans
-Whoever establishes the run early will take the W.
Spartans by 21

Alright....let's here some criticism!!!!

game of the week is deffinatly the top one.

that is ment in no dissrespect to the aviators.

but rally war machine. would be good to watch.

Of the games of the week I would probably guess that Steel City wins the big one. I think Manchester will beat Toulose. I think West Country will beat Dublin but probably by a larger margin than 3. And I'll disagree with the final game and say that PGL Gamers beat Amsterdam.

I don't take this as disrespect. I think that this is the game of the week too. We (Toulouse) have a good run and I think we are right now in a good progression. But right now we didn't steped up to the top 3 teams. It is our goal but we are still on the way to that. We were really happy to be able to beat Bonn. The next game vs Manchester will be much harder, this isn't ment in disrespect to Bonn too.

Mob vs Aviators. I think both teams have a good shot at winning this game, we will see who performs better today.

Steel City vs Armagh sounds like another good matchup.

21? I would have to say you were way off seeing as they only scored 3 and I believe that was off a turnover.

Great game between Manchester/Toulouse. Hate seeing a game decided by a missed XP since two point conversions aren't in the game yet.

man great game. both ways. just could not push it in. a few times had to settle for a FG

but the winning play was not the missed XP it was the 58 yard FG just at the half.

Great games this week. Congrats to Armagh. You guys really turned some heads with the big win against a super-stacked team. Toulouse also showed they are for real. Tough loss, and great game for the MOB. West County continued their steady play, and is always a team to look out for. PGL showed they can shut down the run, and that they have playoff potential. In all, great play this week in alpha.

Steel City is an outstanding team, we're just a tough match up for them - nobody runs on the Rally!

We switched up some things on D this week. Apparently they worked.

You are speaking out of my heart, my first thought was: stupid AI, we need a 2 point conversion, a reflex of real life football, than I remembered that there is no 2pt conversion at GLB. :-(

Manchesters kicker is on level 17. If he kicks now 58yds filed goals, what will happen to the simulations if kickers hitting level 30 or 40 ??? Is this a kind of bug in the game ?

He probably picked his upgrades and skills very well.

I agree that he built up his kicker well. And I talk about that not only because maybe this 3 points of the field goal made the differnce at a 1 point loose. Please do not misunderstand me, the earned this win hard and they are having an excellent kicker.

But it is not really logic. It is like a 15 year old boy is winning the boxing heavy weight championship. If it will be possible that players one will reach level 40 / 50 or higher it does not make sense that a level 17 kicker is kicking now 58yds field goals. i have 2 players in another team, this team also has a level 17 kicker. He kicks every second kick off for 70 or 80 yds for a touchback. That will happen in future when he will reach level 40. No more returns because every kick off ends into a touchback ?
