With the way decline currently works, they really should consider speeding up the chemistry gaining formula during the pre-season, at least in the pros + WL. They've got the game set up so that to be competitive, you have to turn over at least half a roster every other season, at the very least.

i think the +2 gain should go up to 80 overall of chem.

What I like is how i transferred over 90% of a team that was all together last season and yet my teams chemistry is in the 30s. Was it the move to africa that put everyone on edge?
