I boost and have CE. Been around here since season 1. I am experienced with building DE's, DT's, and SS's so I can give pretty good insight on those positions. I'm not picky as far as who he signs with. Just ask he gets sufficient playing time and reasonable equipment money.
Edit: I also forgot to add that I would prefer to be in a competitive league that suits his level rather than one where 255-0 games occupy majority of the schedule. This game gets boring when most games are blowouts regardless of which side is getting blown out.
