all right, i am irritated sahara sand monsters is quitting also. so here is my last suggestion:

since pro league players are boosters. since the owners of pro league players are active and good GLB people, bort needs to make them happy. this is obvious.

the longer plateau can be a reward for agents who boost their players. boosting a CB costs around $35 to $50 bucks in their career if you don't get any flex refunds.

so if a player reaches a certain level. somewhere between levels 60 to 64. (IMPORTANT: some place where if a person missed one or two boosts they won't be punished but where non-boosters cannot benefit.) their plateau should be 4 to 5 seasons. this makes boosting a guy that long worth it. it rewards money spent. it rewards pro owners who spend a lot of time making GLB what it is. and it fixes the recruiting problem of Pro and World League teams.

the minor league teams can fill their rosters with non-boosters and boosters. we simply don't have that luxury in Pro. non-boosters are not rewarded with long careers. they will have to spend new money on original players.

losing long term, high dollar GLB agents simply because recruiting and maintaining teams is too tough is illogical. this fix cannot be too difficult to code and i believe solves the problem with the least amount of change for everyone involved.

I don't have an opinion on this idea at the moment. (Though, I am in strongly in favor of a longer plateau, however that is achieved)

I just wanted to say, I believe a non-booster can only get to 48 or so. If you set the level threshhold to 56, I think that would probably be sufficient.

this and any other idea like this will get shot down. i posted it in the suggestion thread but it got shot down by a suggestion mod.

the problem is these people in charge need to run it like a long term business but they seem to have a short term view. all businesses have a way of rewarding their frequent and / or high dollar clients. at present, GLB does not and seem they will not.

long term boosters and team owners need to be rewarded in some way. it is that simple. right now, no one like recruiting at this level. so long term owners, teams and players are dropping like flies.

simple business says it is cheaper to keep existing customers rather than find new ones. the guys in charge need to start recognizing this.
